I had a wonderful experience! This was the best thrift store I’ve ever been too. Everything is semi used or if it’s used it’s still in great condition. I came out with a new dress and heels and I’m so happy with my purchase. They do not give out plastic shopping bags so you’re encouraged to bring your own. The money that would be used for bags is donated to different charities they donate to. The employees are awesome! Very professional and helpful! I am definitely going to keep coming here.
I love Buffalo Exchange. I find amazing garments in your store. I have been shopping with you all since I was 14. Staff is helpful and attentive.
Great huge store, just need a better system for sellers. Need a list for the ones waiting.
Horrible experience. My 3 year old needed the restroom and we were told "walk through the construction across the street to Taco Bell". Never will I go back or recommend.
Last time l ever set foot in Buffalo Exchange! They NEVER have bought one item of mine yet the stuff they have on racks already is mostly pure crap! Plus the attitude of buyers & most staff truly sucks!
