Today I was told that I had to buy a bag for $2 or carry my stuff out in my arms. The sales person said that they have been "phasing" bags out, so now I'm carrying around 3 sweaters on my lunch break.

Great spot to pick up slightly worn and NWT clothing! Everything new and vintage is at great price points! Can't beat it! You'll always find treasures!
Definitely better than the East Village location. Great selection (for women) and big, airy store! Always allow yourself at least an hour to peruse through the fields of clothes.
If you are selling, bring stock that is in season, and does not have holes or stains. Payout is 30% in cash or 50% in trade of proposed retail price. Goodwill is a block away for rejected items.
