I am a fearful patient, but never have I heard "We hear that all the time." None of the people in this practice ever tried to diminish,disregard or disrespect my feelings and fears. Attended a regular scheduled cleaning and began our conversation telling about a tooth that had been bothering me all week. Dr. Stangl had it ex-rayed right away, declared I needed a root canal and said he could squeeze it in right then. Great job explaining the entire procedure as we went and an hour later it was done.
