I like to thank Galvin and Joe so much for their assistance on taking care of my furnace and giving me all the information I need. I started with Buffalo Energy in 2021 by having them install my furnace and central air conditioner in my mobile home along with putting foam insulation under my home. I had them work on my furnace today. Nick did a fantastic job replacing the heat exchanger in the furnace. He began by finding out that Co2 was leaking into my home. I previously wrote a scathing, yet honest 1 star review of my experience with Buffalo Energy. Since then, Buffalo Energy has reached out and offered to make things right. The pictures below represent the aftermath of the work they did in my house. Dust everywhere... just a mess. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Buffalo Energy themselves recommended they vent out the attic a bathroom exhaust fan, only to cause a leak from the roof. Accidents happen not a big deal but once I contacted Buffalo Energy, Mike W could not of been more dismissive or rude, going to the extent of lying to me telling me it wasn’t their work that was leaking. Unprofessional and rude front desk reception! Rep came ro my house and refused to do the Home Energy Audit saying that my home was newer and their was nothing they can do when that was not true, he never attempted to do the audit. He abruptly for up and left after I questioned WHY he would not perform the audit and what I was looking for. This same company provided what I was asking for but they LIED and said they dont offer the service. I would never deal with these rude people ever again
