Worst place ever , the staff there don’t to nothing but lie , and don’t have enough staff to take of all the personal there. And they don’t answer the phone or issues there please stay away, only one staff member treated my family with love Ty so much Johnny …
Spent 11 day in the Savanha section of this facility. Food and staff were wonderful. Big thank you to Rebecca (CNA). Would recommend this facility to anyone. Therapist Scott (PT) & Sarah (OT) cared about you as an individual.
Visited a friend today and was amazed at the poor service. She was in her wheelchair, not feeling well and wanted to be put back in bed. After at least 4 inquiries (one hour later) about having someone get her into bed they finally did so. The head nurse told me the aids were giving someone a shower and getting that person into bed and my friend would be next. That never happened. When I inquired again, I was told there were other residents that were up longer and they needed to be put into bed first. After speaking with the... read more
