Don't rent from them biggest mistake you ever will make they kicked me out to raise the rent to 1000 a month never gotten my security deposit back and they tryed to take me to court witch the courts denied it and I am still getting emails saying my rent is late when I first moved to 81 duestien st buffalo NY 14210 they had to redo the bathroom and it took longer than a day and the receptionist told me to take a bath in the sink
