Do not rent from here. I’ve lived here since August and have had issues ever since. When I moved in, my drains were not cleared, so I had to pay $200 to get them unclogged. My dishwasher was also dirty with old food and hair in the bottom, so I had to clean that. I have had 2 gas leaks from the stove, and most recently, my car got towed from the parking lot even though I have a parking permit.
