When we contacted Buffalo Builders, it was after hours during the Holidays. Our basement was flooded and we were in a stressful spot. Not only were they extremely professional, they sent someone to meet with me immediately. The work they did was timely, and attentive to detail. This company is the reason contractors are not trusted. My neighbors house burned down and BBI was hired...that was the biggest mistake they could have made. Two supervisors worked on this job, the owner was also contacted on multiple occasions-though he rarely found time to return messages. The work drug on for months after their original deadline. I came home from a trip to find that the celling of my garage was dripping water, had several water bubbles, and water stains. I was so nervous because I had never dealt with a water loss before. I was recommended Buffalo Builders, and I immediately called them. They were at my house within 30 minutes with equipment and a whole crew!
