My husband and I decided to try looking for 1920s outfits at BB despite the reviews. They were extremely helpful, we found everything we needed and the prices were super. We are recommending them to everyone. Every employee helped us and we came away with 3 outfits, what a place! We were the best dressed people at the party.

Ha this place is a JOKE! I dont mind spending a little extra for a nice costume but this place marks up their price like crazy! I paid a \$100 last year for my costume went to this place this year for my husband they was selling the costume i had last year for 169\$ please shop around only go here as a last resort!
Buffalo Breath always helps me out with all my costume needs, what I like best is when my son tells me at the last minute that he needs a costume for school, they always have what I need and they dont mind that its at the last minute. I tried calling them in October and according to their voice mail, they were unable to do stock checks on rentals or sales items due to the high traffic in the store. I felt this was a reasonable statement, especially during what I sure is the busiest time for them, October.
They will not rent costumes (or even tell you if they have a particular costume!) over the phone. Pretty aggressive tactic to get store traffic. I dont have time to wrestle the I-5 at 5:20 in the afternoon.
Ive been to this place a few times and have never had any luck finding what I need. The people who work there are rude and do not make any effort to be friendly or helpful. I just called to see if they had a particular hat for rental. They said they did and when I asked what color and what it was made of I was told "I dont know, Ive never seen it". She could not have taken the time to go in back and look? This is the last time I will ever deal with this business.
