What a lovely experience. I don't often do my nails, so this was a treat. The quality of the service was the best. There was so much care taken to make my nails look beautiful whilst not damaging my nails themselves. The staff were so friendly and polite. Thank you for such a great experience, plus I love my nails ♡
I've been going to Buff Fitzroy for 2 years now getting builder gel manicures every 3 weeks and couldn't recommend a better studio. Viv & Ellie are THE BEST... always 10/10 manicure, builder gel application and nail art. Love these guys
I always have a good experience at Buff Fitzroy. The atmosphere can vary a bit depending on how busy it is and is not always calming (can be noisy and gossipy) but that’s okay. I got a simple and highly professional manicure, the nail prep and cuticle work were very thorough and the polish very even.
This was my third visit, but honestly, the service didn’t feel worth the price this time. The appointment felt rushed, I had to ask a few times to fix things, and they didn’t even have a simple milky white polish. What really threw me off was being told it was the shape of my nails causing the issue — not the way the polish was applied. I shared my feedback, but their response didn’t really address any of that. Bit of a letdown, especially since the salon is right next door.
