Lost a customer today, sadly. I have been to this salon several times and have spent 100s maybe 1000s of dollars here. I called an hour before my appointment to let them know I was running about 15 minutes late, because I had another appointment farther away that was running late. I booked a deluxe pedicure which she ran a file over my foot for maybe 15 seconds around each foot. Didn’t remove my old polish before putting on the new my feet came out so rough.Reading through the negative reviews the owner is rude and instead of figuring out solutions she fights with customers. Do yourself a favor don’t go here

I debated whether to leave a review after seeing how past reviewers were responded to by the owner. I'm also not someone who usually leaves negative reviews. If a place isn't great, I just don't go back. But in this case, I think it's necessary. My mom and I booked deluxe manicures and pedicures as a rare treat for ourselves. Love the staff here! Especially Libby; she always does a fabulous job on my nails. So gracious, even when I've abused my last manicure between appointments.
