I debated whether to leave a review after seeing how past reviewers were responded to by the owner. I'm also not someone who usually leaves negative reviews. If a place isn't great, I just don't go back. But in this case, I think it's necessary. My mom and I booked deluxe manicures and pedicures as a rare treat for ourselves. Love the staff here! Especially Libby; she always does a fabulous job on my nails. So gracious, even when I've abused my last manicure between appointments.

First time at Buff & File after hearing good things. Pros- my tech was so nice and did a great job on my pedi. It looks Great. Cons- i was physically uncomfortable the entire pedi. I’m 5’10” and the chairs and bowl were terribly uncomfortable. I had to hold my own leg up some of the time which puts pressure on the back. The seat was way too close to the bowl. Update: the response to the bad review shows how much they care. Again I reiterate, go somewhere else! Pros: the woman who did my pedi was nice. Cons: the chairs were just chairs, no massager. Your feet just went in a bowl of water. Overall, the pedicure was lackluster. I order a soak and massage. I’m surprised I hate to pay extra for it. The massage was what you usually get at any other place included. The woman who greeted me wasn’t very friendly. I canceled my facial with them because of today’s experience.
