Lauren did an amazing job on my nails. Quite disappointed that I got charged for services that weren't provided because was told I booked it wrong. And the services were drastically different between both children that were there. An extra $100 is not good business practice. Will not return.
I love so many things about Buff & Nail. It’s a convenient location with a wide range of options from gel and regular polish to dazzle dry application. I can easily book an appointment online. People are pleasant and I never feel rushed. My two negatives are the seating - low swivel chairs are uncomfortable for pedicures and also the manicure station is at a high top in very close quarters. I don’t mind paying for quality & service but the price is higher than other salons in the area.
