Poor customer service. I was greeted and I expressed my order and was told I’ll get that for you in just a second. A second turned into 5 minutes while the store personnel continued to work on rolling balls. No customer was waiting on him to complete that task. He could have easily stopped and completed my small order of laundry detergent and then precede to complete his task. I set my timer for two additional minutes trying to be patient. I will Never make anyone do their job so I walked out and will NEVER be back.
The young lady Ms. Karizma was very welcoming and polite and very informative and helpful it was my first time in and she made the experience very warming and I will be back
