Wonderful customer service experience! I contacted this Buff City Soap after calling many others, checking to see if they had a particular out-of-season shower spray in stock. Additionally, I was looking to have it shipped out of state, as I’m not local to the area. This location turned out to be the only one which had the scent I was looking for, but being a newer store, they didn’t have a shipping system in place yet. Love the place but glad I had my daughter with me so we didn’t have to park and just swapped out drivers because there were no parking spots available.

I have been going to Oxford Buff City Soap for several years now. I only go to the oxford store. This is because of Grayson. She is the kindest, most helpful employee. She makes the atmosphere of the store so pleasant and inviting. I have passed by many Buff City Soap stores, however I don’t stop. I always wait and go to Oxford. I Love the products they are great.
