I had such a great experience at Buff City Soap! The employees were genuinely friendly and greeted me right away. They took the time to explain the different scents and ingredients and helped me pick out products that would work best for my skin. The store was clean, organized, and smelled amazing. I love that everything is made fresh in-store, you can really tell the difference in quality. I’ll definitely be back!
LOVE LOVE THIS BUFF CITY. Everytime I go in I am always greeted and get help when I needed it. Will always prefer this location over my hometown just because of the workers.
Parking here is a nightmare and so I cannot recommend visiting this store. Yesterday, I went to this plaza to grab lunch and get some bath bombs for my kids. I parked in one of their designated spots, went and ate lunch directly next door, and then went to Buff City and bought my bath bombs. When I walked back out to the garage, my car had been towed. I am an avid buff city customer all across country and this store had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a store. I will never be back to this location ! I will drive out of my way to visit the Columbus ga store ! They need big time customer service skills reviewed by a regional manager. Horrible store
I walked in the auburn store expecting great service but received the opposite. I was referred by a friend who shops there daily. My daughter has lupus and I was looking for soap that didn't agitate her skin . After explaining why I was looking for the soap, they made me feel like they didn't want me there , so I left.
