My goddaughter got me started in Buff City Soap a few months back. I fell in love with their laundry detergent and Epsom salts. 10 out of 10 recommend! Today we had my granddaughters birthday party there and made bath bombs. Emmy was our host, and she did an amazing job pre teaching, modeling, and guiding. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome before and after the party. We all walked away with a great experience, loads of goodies, gifts for friends, and Buff City Soap scored a few more return customers.

Had my granddaughter birthday party there today was my first time in the store had an amazing experience The scents are amazing I enjoyed learning how to make bathbombs Can’t wait to light my new candles and try the new products I got today!

Just had our daughter’s 5th birthday here and it was perfect! Emmy (I think was her name!) was so helpful and pleasant. We were a large group and they were very accommodating and pleasant. The kids all went home with a box full of bath bombs & it was great time!

I enjoy the scents of the laundry soap and laundry liquid soap but the customer service skills is getting bad. I was literally waiting by the desk with the laundry display and I had to wait for more then 20 min until someone finally approached me.
