Emmy is so amazing she made my purchase today on mother absolutely perfect. She is well knowledgeable goes way out of her way and she always keeps a smile on her face while giving you great customer service please come check her out at buff city and get your family. Some nice gifts.

Buff City Soap is honestly awesome. I work outside so my clothes get pretty dirty, and their laundry soap in the Dawg Pound scent gets everything clean and smelling way better than any detergent I’ve used. The employees are always super nice and personable, which makes the experience even better, and their candles are easily the strongest and longest-lasting I’ve tried.
This was my first time shopping at Buff City Soap and I was blown away! I purchased the laundry detergent, sanitizing spray, and a candle. The scent ‘Narcissist’ is to die for. All the ladies in the store were very sweet and accommodating. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
***Editing this review. I was contacted by the manger, Elena, who asked me to share what happened so she could use this as a teaching moment for her employees. She apologized for the inconvenience and she offered me 2 products for free that are supposed to be really helpful for eczema prone skin. I appreciated the attempt to make things right and her desire to use this opportunity as a teaching moment so I will gladly change my review.
