Walked in and Paige was talking to someone back at the back table and didn’t speak until we had to ask to have our soap refilled (was about 5-7 mins) cashed 2 people out ahead of me and didn’t say a word to them and no offer of the free sample and when asked she acted like she was put out. Would have gotten more stars if she had at least smiled or acknowledged us when we walked in.
Walked in only 1 other customer. Staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly re-scented our dryer balls and refilled the laundry soap I was sent to get
Never thought I would be addicted to a custom, plant based, soap store, but here are 3 years later. I'm frequently complemented on how wonderful my clothes smell and the eucalyptus soaps are great on the skin.
