We are on a staycation and walked past Buff City Soap . The smells alone made us stop in our tracks. We went and put our name down at a restaurant and came back immediately. The staff was very friendly with explaining the different items they offer and we thoroughly enjoyed walking around smelling the Different scents. We plan to come back and book a party for our 10 year-old with her friends to make their own bath bombs. We love that everything is plant based Which is great with our sensitive skin. I’m new to Buff City and their products seem fine so far. However, I will agree with other reviews regarding the customer service. I went by today bc I’d received a text coupon for a $5 room spray. Note the text even says “that’s 60% off!” When I showed the coupon, the older white lady at the register tried to gaslight me and say the coupon was only for $5 off room spray, even though that is clearly not what it says. I love Buff City Soap! Betty the Store Manager was very welcoming and helpful during my visit. Beautiful storefront!
I love the products, but went in and was surprised at the customer service. Took my products to the checkout and an older woman there didn't even acknowledge me. I wasn't given an opportunity to see or use my rewards as she mumbled something about a different screen. I was surprised at the poor customer service. Go to Crabapple. Worth the drive and customer service is awesome.
Super friendly and nice environment. Definitely revisit again!
