Riley was well versed and proved excellent customer service
I’ve been a fan of every other buff city soap I’ve been to, but this one is just disappointing. Went in during a sale and was not given the sale discount then when I went to return the items since I only bought them due to the sale, I was told I could not return and had to wait for a manager to be on site yet the employees had no clue when their manager would be on site. Sweet employees but horrible service from this store. Would recommend the company, would not recommend this location.
Visted BCS in GA, fell in love with AQUA SPA scent. I was wondering if you could post more products for the Aqua Spa scent, oils, body wash & soap etc. I am a big fan from AZ.

We had the BEST time at our private soap bomb-making party with Ariel and Mrs. Barbara! It was such a fun and creative activity to do with my son—perfect for summer bonding time. Both Ariel and Mrs. Barbara were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything so easy and enjoyable. Honestly, the experience exceeded all of my expectations. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, hands-on activity with the kids!
