The staff here were great! They let the kids paint bath bombs while I shopped ☺️
Order online! No one was in the store (ie not busy) but was made to feel like I was interrupting them when they finally asked me if I needed something while standing there quietly waiting for them to finish talking to each other… Also, they are not all on the same page. Literally called last week asking about the refill process for the scent boosters, the price being $12 vs $13 (when refilled vs new) and wanted to make sure I could use the same bottle since I don’t want to waste plastic. I usually don’t leave reviews but after my first time visit yesterday I’m here to tell you I will be back. Me and my little boy(4) went for the first time at the end of the day yesterday we had been out shopping all day and he was on a mission. The girl ask if my little boy could paint a bath bomb I said sure she set him up his own little station while I shopped and he had the best time. Excellent service and Friendly Staff. We've been using their products for a couple of years, all natural.
We only use Buff City Soap for laundry soap. The hand soap and other products are delicious as well.
