Went in. Smells nice. No offer for anyone to help me. Left. Probably would have bought something if anyone helped me ....
Smells great! Terrible customer service. Four of us walked in and no greeting or acknowledgement and no offer to assist from the staff. They didn't even come out from the back until we had been there for a while. They watched us walk around for 10 mins and walk out. Nothing said not once. Sad.
The staff here were great! They let the kids paint bath bombs while I shopped ☺️
Order online! No one was in the store (ie not busy) but was made to feel like I was interrupting them when they finally asked me if I needed something while standing there quietly waiting for them to finish talking to each other… Also, they are not all on the same page. Literally called last week asking about the refill process for the scent boosters, the price being $12 vs $13 (when refilled vs new) and wanted to make sure I could use the same bottle since I don’t want to waste plastic.
