I had such a weird experience here today. I came to restock on shower oils. First, I was pretty much ignored when I walked in. Second, there was a sign that said the shower oils were buy 2 get 1 free. The promotion had changed, but I asked if they could honor since the signage was still out. The person working seemed so bothered by this: it was as if she was upset that I asked. It was so strange. I love the brand. Usually everyone is so kind here, but not this associate. The staff at this location is amazing! I was looking for a custom fragrance, and they mixed the body butter perfectly. I also got the shower oil as well as the mini soaps. Excellent customer service all around. I'll be back!

The assistant manager at the Brentwood location was very unprofessional . I called and politely asked her to cancel and she replied you guys have to cancel . I asked her who are you guys she said customers- listen to the call The manager informed me she could not cancel . I accidentally made a mistake and placed order at wrong location . The manager at Brentwood needs customer service training . Im a loyal customer and this really disappointed me . Is this buff city operates ?

These great ladies just hosted my daughter's 13th birthday party and they were so chill and Joanne the mgr is so nice! Joanne, Mari, and the other young lady were awesome! Everyone enjoyed!
