Sophia is literally the kindest, most patient person I’ve met at a buff city soap yet to date. I came in with a bunch of weird questions and asks and she helped me with all of them!!! Give this girl a much deserved raise asap lol

We had a great time celebrating my daughters birthday at Buff City. Jo Ann was so helpful throughout the party - and attentive to the kids needs. They even played some games with them. We will definitely be back for more events here.

I had such a weird experience here today. I came to restock on shower oils. First, I was pretty much ignored when I walked in. Second, there was a sign that said the shower oils were buy 2 get 1 free. The promotion had changed, but I asked if they could honor since the signage was still out. The person working seemed so bothered by this: it was as if she was upset that I asked. It was so strange. I love the brand. Usually everyone is so kind here, but not this associate. The staff at this location is amazing! I was looking for a custom fragrance, and they mixed the body butter perfectly. I also got the shower oil as well as the mini soaps. Excellent customer service all around. I'll be back!
