Today I had an issue with your District manager in training at this location. Her name was Kelly Cowen (I am unsure if this is the exact spelling of her name). I called this location to see if they had a particular scent in stock and if I was able to pick up an order. The particular scent and product I asked about she expressed was unable to be made. my son in-law and granddaughter went into this store today because it's her 3rd birthday and wanted to make a bath bomb or soap. The employee was so rude and treated him so badly. All he wanted to do was paint a few bath bombs or a piece of soap. She told him that she couldn't do anything other than paint a half a bath bomb because there was a party coming in later. I don't understand how she could be so rude to a paying customer that just wants to do something you offer. Update: DM you? Where?

Staff was great and is more than helpful. Was going to purchase scented liquid laundry soap but location is out of stock and didn't have an answer as to when theyd have more. Kind of strange since there is marketing all over the store for it. Would still like to purchase.

So many different scents! Its all made inhouse too which is super cool. Definately worth stopping by :)
