I went in for 2 items, found them quickly and made my way to checkout to not even be acknowledged until almost 5 minutes later. The cashier was making a soap for another customer directly across from me but never once said anything about “I’ll be right with you” or “just give me one minute” or even looking up at me. If I had been acknowledged, I would’ve been a little more patient and gracious, but all I got was ignored and had to wait in an empty line. Always been a big fan of how buff City Soap’s products make my laundry smell! Now that I found out they have all kinds of scent boosters that I can mix and match, my laundry will always smell so good and I’ll never get tired of one smell when I can switch it up!
We love this place, the products and the staff! They even let us name one of their mixers! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
