I love this place so much and visit them often! The workers are always so friendly, the atmosphere is clean and very organized, and the products are absolutely amazing! If you haven’t gone yet you should check out Buff City Soap.
love the smell of the place
The aromas of the entire store pulls you in. I fell in love with Narcissist and Island Nectar. So many great fragrances to choose from and the staff and customer service is top tier!
The wrong address populated by my Google account, changing my entered/current address. I caught it immediately and contacted the nearest store and also put it a request to change the address online within minutes of order being placed. They refused to correct the address "due to policy." I hope whoever got my order enjoyed the nearly $100 worth of soap. Due to the horrible customer service, I now shop with Goat Milk Stuff.
