The aromas of the entire store pulls you in. I fell in love with Narcissist and Island Nectar. So many great fragrances to choose from and the staff and customer service is top tier!
The wrong address populated by my Google account, changing my entered/current address. I caught it immediately and contacted the nearest store and also put it a request to change the address online within minutes of order being placed. They refused to correct the address "due to policy." I hope whoever got my order enjoyed the nearly $100 worth of soap. Due to the horrible customer service, I now shop with Goat Milk Stuff. Buff City was such a great experience from the moment we walked thru the door! Heidi and Eric greeted us, showed us all around the store since it was our first time, and helped at all times. We visited on Saturday, and ended up back there on Sunday to purchase more 🤣 Eric and Heidi were there again, helped with custom blends and mixed so much custom stuff for us.
