I love this store and the laundry I get!!! Unfortunately though I feel like it’s not a sanitary place at times. I never go out of my way to make reviews but I just feel so bad for the workers! The two workers have been sick multiple times that I’ve gone in. They don’t say anything bad but I can tell they are upset when I ask why they have to be here. They always explain they are low staff and that management is aware of them being sick but why doesn’t the manager come in!! I am a manager myself and would never want my staff ... read more
My husband and I stopped by here recently for our first time. The store was so clean and smelled so good. Jenny was there and delivered excellent customer service!! We're hooked.
Brandi is wonderful. Always working so hard. She has trained her staff to be knowledgeable and so kind. I love going there. My husband and have followed her from Hamilton Place to Ft. O..
