Brandi is wonderful. Always working so hard. She has trained her staff to be knowledgeable and so kind. I love going there. My husband and have followed her from Hamilton Place to Ft. O.. The employee was very helpful in what I was looking for.
Well, they are supposed to open at 11 and the 2 ladies that work there didn't show up until after 11 and then locked the door back behind them when they went inside and said to "Give them a minute " Excuse me??? You're the one who's late to open the store! I guess they've went downhill since first opening.
To the employee working at 1:36 Christmas Eve ;red head with glasses, you didn’t have to be so rude to a paying customer bc my 3 yr old has more energy than us both.
