Great classes, knowledgeable instructors, great vibe!!
I love BUF Manly workouts! I feel fit, healthy and it's always a great bunch of girls to work out with in the group fitness sessions. It's like I have my own personal trainer but in a small group environment. The sessions are definitely fun and unique - especially the themed group sessions - and Cathy is great at challenging and pushing me when I need it. Such a great workout!
BUF Manly is A-MAZING. I have been training with Cathy and the girls for about 10 months now and I just love it! It is such a positive, friendly, encouraging and inviting environment. Cathy is such a fab and dedicated trainer, person and friend. Her dedication to each and everyone one of us and our individual health and fitness goals are second to none. 5 stars and much love from me!!
