Jay sold us our house in 1997 and then sold the house for us in 2024. Jay is very professional and really knows his stuff. He's likes to have both digital and paper copies which I found to be very helpful, start to finish. He made great recommendations as to what should be fixed or just tweaked a bit. Jay is an astounding agent. He kept me informed on what I wanted to know and made sure everything went as smoothly as buying a house could go. He is very knowledgeable, committed to getting you the best of what you can afford, and has a great sense of humor. My only advice is to communicate with him on whether or not you want to do the paperwork digitally or on paper; he is one of the few realtors to prefer hard copies, which could slow down your process, so make sure you tell him your preference.

Jay and Bonnie Buerger are Fantastic Realtors! They are so thorough and pay acute attention to every detail. They are beyond helpful which is especially great for new home buyers! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Our son just purchased a home and it was a bit difficult to say the least but Jay worked through all of the issues as they came up, and believe me, there were many issues! But nothing was too big of a problem for Jay. The Buerger Team is the best!
