Came in for a smog check..... lead guy came out & asked to run a code scan first. He told me that my catalytic system didn't work & that I'd have to get a new converter & maybe other stuff, that it would be $600+ but that he could do it for $450. He didn't really want to explain why or what the codes really meant, but told me he'd been running this shop for 27 years. & said it could be up to $1000 to fix.... The seller, the manager, and this auto shop engage in deceptive and fraudulent practices. When you arrive to pick up a product that was agreed upon in advance, the product is not available and a completely different one is offered. If you agree, they install a different product of the lowest quality without your knowledge, while you are not present, and not even the one that was shown as a replacement. Horrible do not take your car there ..They dont give you a recipes if you take your car back for work they done they dont back it the use excuses to get out of it .. The do quik fixes then you return fir the same problem and will not repair ..They should be shutdown...!
All negative feedback are there for a reason and accurate.. they will tell you they have the tires you need once you get there they say they just sold them and they will try to sell you a different size . Avoid these 🤡
