Ridiculous prices when it comes to HOA. $413 for the assessment fee and replacement fund of $145 totaling to $558. I tried to get an explanation of what that all means but didn’t get a real answer. And for a pool, lawn care, security cameras, and unassigned parking that we pay for yearly and this year I paid for it twice because of certain changes. These are older buildings as well with a string of plumbing issues. I would not recommend new buyers or even renters to come here.
I always have problems with the Hoa. Mold is a big issue here and so is termite damage. If you plan to buy a unit I would have an inspection done for termites
