Absolutely horrible. This place does not maintain units appropriately. Bathroom tubs are painted with non water resistant paint to where it peels off, a/c holds black mold and maintenance doesn’t/hasn’t fixed it at all. Both kitchen sink and bathroom sink leaks and when you open cabinets you can smell mold, base boards are rotted didn’t get changed to where now it’s uneven, the worse cockroach problem you can ever imagine, no matter how much I clean and clean and clean they still appear from every crevice sometimes new crevi... read more
Apartments are poorly maintained. Noisy with car stereo blasting. Management depends on her mood. Many of the people living in the apartment complex are alcoholics and leave trash everywhere. No one addresses any problems. We have a tree that's about to fall over and they refuse to address it. I had to notify the fire department because their extinguishers were 5 years overdue for inspection. This place, if you have achild is terrible place for then. Great women, special surprisingly nice apartments. Very understandable. I highly recommend to anybody who’s looking for a second chance
