Excellent place to take your fur baby. Friendly and helpful personnel. Vet is excellent. I highly recommend.
They are not only wonderful at caring for my "fur baby" Sasha to ensure she is healthy all year long, with shots and deworming...but they also have the best groomer I have ever had my baby go to. (Leona) Today, was my first experience with that, and it definitely won't be my last! She did an exceptional job on my baby girl! Way to raise the bar, Buena Vista Rd!
My male Sheltie, has received, caring, comprehensive, loving care here. He loves the staff, and he is always treated very well. My questions are always answered thoroughly, and respectfully.
Absolute rudest office staff (Heather) I have ever dealt with. East Alabama Humane Society obtained a owner surrender dog from animal control that was going to be euthanized. His vet records were up to date at this vet it was like pulling teeth to get any info from her. To make a long story short she hangs up the phone on me when I call the vets office to ask a question not sure what her problem is but I would not want someone like this representing my business.
