I have only been to the Ob part of the floor but I will say, this is the best delivery I have ever experienced! This hospital has an award for being one of the best and they truly earn it! I absolutely enjoyed my stay here, and the nurses are seriously amazing! They will go above and beyond for you. I had a great team, but the two that really stick out to me are named, Lexi, and Nikki and they where not just nurses, they became you friend, family, doctor, teacher, and a companion when you need it. Very great experience being a support person for bf in for knee replacement. Nurse Stacy and Alyssa are so awesome! making sure I was good and comfortable as well as the bf (obviously) great communication throughout the surgery. Surgeon was very kind and informative. ☺️ it's a weird experience for me, as I've had some crap experiences with hospitals in the past. I've had 2 HORRIBLE experiences here. The 1st was that I had an EKG done. They had me strip down to my underwear (i.e., no bra) and put on a cloth gown. But then they led me out of my room, led me across the hospital, had me get my blood drawn, and had me SIT IN THE WAITING ROOM in nothing but the cloth gown and my underwear for over 20 minutes while I waited for the EKG. That is not okay!

ER is horrible, they take forever to see a patient and will either send you home right away or refer you to your primary doctor. If you're very sick please avoid this ER hospital, it's best to drive to Spencer, Sioux City or Fort Dodge hospitals.
