Buena Vista Properties has been managing a duplex for me for several years. Marc is very good about keeping me up to date with issues that arise and is prompt at responding when I have questions. Repairs are done quickly and at reasonable rates.

It's hard to find a reliable property manager. Over the span of 12 years owning an apartment community in Round Rock, my wife and I worked with three property management companies. BVP was by far the best. Managers are often strong on on back-office functions like leasing, rent collection and book keeping, but weak on turning units, maintenance/repair and resolving tenant issues.
