We lived in a home for two years under this property management. From the beginning it wasn’t pleasant, we got our keys and started to move in only to notice the property was dirty. Dust in all vents, old dirty AC filters, caked on food in the stove and between the counters, left over toys under the fridge from the previous tenants, and the list goes on. Buena Vista Properties has been managing a duplex for me for several years. Marc is very good about keeping me up to date with issues that arise and is prompt at responding when I have questions. Repairs are done quickly and at reasonable rates.

It's hard to find a reliable property manager. Over the span of 12 years owning an apartment community in Round Rock, my wife and I worked with three property management companies. BVP was by far the best. Managers are often strong on on back-office functions like leasing, rent collection and book keeping, but weak on turning units, maintenance/repair and resolving tenant issues.
