The whole staff at Buena Vista Hospice are very nice, compassionate and professional. Everyone from the staff in the office to the nurses who visited truly cared for my mom and is concern of her well being. We get a weekly call from Marx to check on mom how she is doing and if we need any supplies, which I really appreciate. They made sure what ever mom needed was provided in a timely manner. Buena Vista provided exceptional care for my mom. The nurses called the day before each visit to coordinate the most convenient time, which I truly appreciated. Whenever supplies were running low, one quick phone call was all it took—they arrived the same day or the next. The staff was compassionate, respectful, honest, and highly knowledgeable.
