Can't get it Right! Went in for two glasses, one for computer and bifocal, driving and reading. Both glasses had to be sent back, they were wrong! Even after trying to adjust like they told me it made no difference! Glasses came back, still wrong! Then they charged me $55 to recheck my eyes and almost for sending the bifocal back to correct! Got the bio glasses back and tried them at the office - BAD - Worse than before! 3rd time IS NOT THE CHARM! I did not bother going back again on that pair and I sure as heck was not goin... read more
From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming! The female doctor I saw was also very kind, informative, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. :) I really appreciated how patient and attentive they were for my entire visit and overall, it was such a positive experience! I will definitely be making this my main place to go for eyecare and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional office! 5
Excellent service and staff. Dr. Wetzel and staff are very friendly knowledgable and are to commended for making happy patients, including myself.
