I was a resident for nearly 3 years. Cheapest place that I could find in town, but you get what you pay for. Nearly impossible to speak with someone during office hours if you work a normal job. Suffered two bedbug infestations while residing here. After the first two years water was warm at best Water may randomly be off for a few hours to a day or two. And after I moved out they withheld my Security Deposit without cause. I would not recommend staying here unless it was your only option.
Best Apartments in Alva. The property manager does an outstanding job.
When I moved here (2019) the process was easy and fast! Management was GREAT! Maintenance staff was easy to get along with and they went above and beyond!

Great property manager, easy to work with, very helping with financial issues. I’m glad we have this place with our newborn on the way
