Apartment has their issues which will be common in older buildings . Maintenance are alot better at fixing issues and answering request at this time , my issues with my ac was addressed promptly and fixed .

Had a water leak from and underground pipe in our spare room. They handled the leak quickly but let the carpet sit folded over and soaked for a week before trying to clean it. Got home from vacation and a week and a half after the flooding happened it still smells, as well as the flooring in the laundry room is still not fixed nor are the walls that were carved out for the repair. I genuinely hate writing reviews, and especially where I am currently living, but it needs to be said. I have been living here for maybe almost four years now, and it’s an absolute nightmare to some degree. I’m grateful to be in a home, and surrounded by a wonderful community, but it gets to a point. Do not rent here. Especially a 3 bedroom. The A/C in our apartment is not filtering through like it is supposed to which was reported in October. I was given the run around until someone new decided to tell me the truth that there is nothing that the owners are WILLING to do to fix the problem. Work orders take months if ever completed and the staff gets defensive and rude when confronted with ongoing issues.
