Nancy made an appointment with us for an apartment tour. She confirmed several times over text. When we arrived she told ua ahe has no apartments to show but we can apply online. We took time off work for this appointment that she made under false pretences when she knew there were none available for showing. Terrible customer service.

Que tienes q pagar 3000$ por no avisar 60 días antes si no pagas te quieren llevar a la corte federal. Negative numbers if I could! This place is a dump! They always complain about their budget, but can afford to put in new grass and pebbles on the outside of the complex to invite people, but not around the apartments to make them feel more like home. They never want to fix anything! You dang near have to be a Karen and harass and still nothing is done! They make you feel like you’re wrong for even asking such a request! Also THIS PLACE FLOODS!!!
