This place is neglectful and careless. My father had been hospitalized at two different hospitals from December 17th 2020 to January 4th and was COVID negative. He contracted COVID at this place and it’s now intubated at Woodhull with not much hope of making it. It’s very hard to communicate with the staff there and get updates on your loved ones, as the phone rings and rings and they barely answer. This place was very careless with a family member. He was sent there from the Bellevue Hospital to receive physical therapy and while there he caught Covid-19 and had to be transferred back to Bellevue Hospital in New York with severe complications from the Covid-19 he contracted at the Buena Vida. If anyone has had or is having the same problems that I’m facing with Buena Vida in Brooklyn N.Y., please message me.

RecommendedMy grandma has been there a few weeks , can’t complain they take good care of her !! Love the staff except for one nurse from the seventh floor that has an Attitude every time you ask her for something !!!! Other then that there great 👍
The care is awesome. They are friendly and caring.
