Moved in Overture 55 Rancho Santa Margarita in February 2025. I am impressed with many things, but my top favorites are the cleanliness, the modern decor, the staff, activities, and much more. The staff give a 100% in customer satisfaction. And they do it all with a smile! Love this place.
Resort style over 55+ Apartments beautiful settings maintenance free apartment, there is a park in front of the property for walking pets and people, have many shops movie theater and restaurants at walking distance, overall it’s a great place to live
These apartments are a wonderful place to live. The employees are kind and very professional. It makes me feel safe to live in this community & I’ve been a very happy resident these past four years. Thank you to the office staff and the maintenance employees for all your hard work in making my living here a wonderful place.
Although Overture RSM could be a pleasant place to live, the management team is known for being disrespectful, dishonest, and altogether difficult to communicate with. They are horrible! They treat residents with the utmost disrespect and unprofessionally too! It is difficult to live peacefully in a community managed by disgruntled and angry people. Please fire them and hire respectful and professional team.
