Although my previous review was my initial impression of new management, we have since experienced disrespectful behavior from Danielle. She refuses to honor long-term tenant’s request for reasonable accommodations for medical conditions. It is simple to remove two Airwick fragrances that cause severe medical distress. We love living in overture. There are lots of activities to enjoy and Corrine, Jason, Carly have been very helpful.
I enjoy this friendly atmosphere of the apartment building. The staff has always been friendly to me especially Colleen.You do have to get out of your room and meet with others. I like the new activities that have been offered.
I’m very happy here. I have been here two years now! 😋
The other day, while the front entrance was being cleaned and we had to use the side door, I was waiting outside for my Age Well ride. Jason came by and kindly offered me a chair. I was truly touched by his caring nature- little things mean a lot to me. I’ll always remember how he went above & beyond to make me comfortable. This is a wonderful example of kindness in our Overture community. Thank you, Jason for making my day.
