I've enjoyed the people that live in the building and it's got a parking lot. There are three things I have to complain about is the elevator goes down once a month. I genuinely have to walk up several flights or stairs or have a long wait time. It's washers and dryers are new but I swear those are out of order a lot more than expected. I get there's a lot of people and some people over pack the washers and dryers. Then the rent is reasonable but not amazing compared to similar places in the area. This place is a nightmare!! There are two elevators and one or both of them are always breaking down. The washer and driers are also breaking down. The drier has burned my clothes before which is concerning given the possibility of a fire. The walls are paper thin to a point where I can hear full conversation. The manager here never helps and always tries to question your concerns. Then tries to get you out of her office with no resolution.
