The house seems so cheap. I've had the same issue twice with a leak and it has been less than 3 years. They don't take their time building anything. I'd recommend not buying from them, as I regret it now and am stuck until I can feel this place!

Coming up soon on my 1 year, I ordered an inspection. Come to find out, the front window was not sealed properly from the get go, as well as sidings around the whole home are not done.
