Very happy with the care and the attention of the medical Drs. Wait time wasn't too bad.
Dr Hargrave is great! The office constantly sends prescriptions to wrong pharmacy! Takes multiple calls to get anything done correctly. Very frustrating!
This review is solely regarding the new phlebotomist at Buena Family Practice, Belinda. I had my blood drawn for testing today by Belinda. What a great phlebotomist and what a pleasant person!! Very friendly and efficient. Almost painless stick. Everyone who has an order from an Inspira doctor for bloodwork to be done should come here to have Belinda do your blood draw!! The difference between having Belinda draw your blood and going to a Lab Corps office is like night and day!!
My doc retired there and it has been the worst year and a half since. The other doctors dont treat my issue (so they say) and ever since the primary left its been awful. Hopefully they stop treating people with mental issues as if they are nuesances and more like people that need help. I would stay away for many reasons but mainly the fact that they pick and choose whos in need and whos not.
Hearing a lot of complaints from patients and former patients about the move to Buena. Patients waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and told to go to Urgent Care. Been with the practice for over 30 years, and hearing from these people makes me disappointed to hear about the doctors I have trusted for so long. The complaints also included the rude staff. We enjoyed the gem, that we had in Richland. Have not made my own appointment, I will reserve my opinion until I am told, "YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT"
