We loved Dr. Buell, she was so helpful. Liked all the nurses, too. But I left because of the Kids Are Great office--it has too many stupid rules and over-complicates everything. I would not say that staff is rude, but they can be snooty sometimes and seem like they look down on the patients, which isn't worth it for how difficult it is to simply go there with all the dumb rules and procedures. Found an easier place and like it there better. But if you must go to KAG, Dr Buell is awesome.
My husband brought our daughter into the urgent care where Dr. Buell was working. She is not her regular pediatrician. Our daughter had a sinus infection, so Dr. Buell prescribed antibiotics. I thought it was weird she was suppose to take 12 ml 3x a day. A week later she is having a massive allergic reaction, due to overdose of amoxicillin. Our Dr. was surprised the the pharmacy filled....
We visited Dr. Buell 2-3 times with our baby girl, and we are extremely disappointed with her. She did the usual check offs, but aside from that, we didn't get any guidance for her. I mean, c'mon, with a newborn, isn't it expected to get some guidance on expectations? Everything we found out by surprise and by looking it up on Google. Maybe this is the norm for peds, but we were very disappointed with her services. I could go into details, but limited characters. Will try new doc.
