Very friendly staff who is always willing to help every time I go in there. Are able to assist and answer any question that I have had. Very happy with the mower I bought from them as well as be he service!
Buehrer Power Equipment has been working on my ExMark. They brought it back today, and looked like a new mower. Mowed the lawn, and the mower worked great. I have purchased a number of mowers from them, and have always had good service, and talked to friendly, knowledgeable people. I think they do a super job of selling and servicing what you need done.
This place is a joke, they had my lawn mower for almost 9 days for an oil change, and then they charge me $88 for a oil change WOW that's more than my truck. Unbelievable, it was like pulling teeth to get an oil change done. Very unprofessional, do not go to this place.
I would recommend this business to everyone..friendly people helpful to their customers.
Even if you bought it there, if you do not participate in their Spring Check/Tune you go to the bottom of the list for service. 2011 Regent 22 / 44" has 73 hours and third time in with deck bearing issues. 8 working days waiting on list. Service after the sale doesn't mean fast.
Customer service needs work....if you didn't buy it there don't waste your time.
