I'll be writing a follow-up review as well. So far upon first speaking with him, it astonishes me that he is answering his own phones. That's excellent. That's how you run a business. That's how you lead anywhere; from the front. He made an appointment with me though the first appointment time they had available was a while out. And the problem that I have is uncomfortable one.
