Wouldn't use this company again if life depended upon it. Overcharged me ridiculous fee initially. A year later I get a letter from IRS saying that I owe significantly more than my initial return suggested because of some things that were missed. I notified this tax agency who did my taxes, and never heard back. I paid what the IRS said I owed, because they're the IRS and I wanted to protect myself.
