Extremely disappointed with the flowers my partner bought for me from this florist. My partner arrived at the store waiting to collect the ‘Emily’ flowers he ordered online but was told his order was for the previous week (which was a mistake on their end and he had texts for proof) so he had to wait 15 minutes to get them created on the spot.
