I placed an order to deliver to my friend as a surprise. She was absolutely delighted, she said it was the most beautiful bouquet she has ever seen :) Also, customer service was so helpful. I had to ask to adjust the delivery date, and they were so accommodating. Five stars!
I bought the Caramello bouquet for my MIL. Beautiful, interesting selection and stunning presentation. My MIL was thrilled. Great service too.
Ordered these flowers online for home deco but unfortunately what I got was far from the vibrant pink and purple arrangements advertised in their website. Arrangement and colour was dull and some of the flowers looked a bit wilted. Edit In response to my feedback they sent me a note and a beautiful bunch of flowers as rectification. I wished I had received this in the first go but I really appreciate the gesture and for this I would order from them again in the future.
Very happy with the beautiful flowers delivered to my daughter on opening night at Belvoir St theatre.I had emailed to request a colour palette and stem selection outside the website examples, and the response was prompt and personal , and the delivered arrangement very lovely, reflecting my request, (with extra style and panache!)
I'm extremely lucky to come here regularly to buy flowers for my girlfriend. Every single time they do an outstanding job and always leave my girlfriend super ecstatic with the results. They're also super patient with me considering sometimes I leave it quite late, so quite lucky to have these people as part of our community!!
