July 4th our AC died. I called Bud's and spoke to their "digital assistant" which helped me schedule emergency service, except at the end of the day a technician called and said he was going home and I should reschedule in the morning. I did that and again the digital assistant scheduled emergency service, this time between 6PM and midnight. We were having issues with hot water not coming out of any faucets in our home and thought it could be related to our old boiler (1986) unit. I had an old toilet that started leaking at the turnoff valve. And water wag going down inside the bowl. I was planning to have them change out the turnoff valve (it was very corroded), and the refill valve inside since it was an old toilet and i think the seal was bad inside the bowl. After it was inspected i was recommended to replace the toilet because the parts needed to replace would exceed the price of replacing the toilet and something else inside the bowl looked very worn and would cause problems in the future. Amazing job! Mo, Will & then Ricky with the assist, were fantastic. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. All of them were courteous and left the job clean. They stayed late to make sure we had plumbing for the weekend. It was a huge job and was executed flawlessly. Thank you for a job well done!
I've used them once but never again. Technician was really nice, at the company sucks.
