Got my ride evaluated for new exhaust late in the afternoon. Was told it would take a couple hours and coming back at 8:00AM I could get it done. Next day I showup a bit before 8:00 and I'm told that it's "First come - First served" and it might get done before lunch but probably not. Left hand doesn't care wwhat the right hand is doing at that shop. My impression of the manager was that he wasn't overly concerned I was even in his shop. Not a good consumer experience - I went elsewhere.
