Tech was on time, polite, efficient, informative, and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. Scheduling (and rescheduling— a conflict came up on our part) was easy. I actually spoke with a human every time I called!
Has our regular A/C check done today. Once again on time and very professional service. We’ve been using Heart of OhioHaven for several years now and could not be more satisfied with their service. Highly recommend them.
Great job. When our dishwasher was installed, the handyman left a fitting loose on the water intake line. Had a massive leak on Easter. Jeff came, showed me the issue and fixed. He also put a shut off on the waterline going to the dishwasher. As well as changing the direction of the outlet and drain ine so it was towards the cabinet where it went to the dishwasher and not straight out with all the faucet and sink lines tangled. Great job! Will definitely use again.
I've been using Heart of Ohio for the past several years, since they merged with Huge Heating and Cooling. It's the same people, doing the same work, I guess just with a bigger company. It seems that they have absorbed a lot of the smaller companies that used to do this work, leaving less competition to keep prices down. The work is always done professionally, and they arrive when they say they will. We have been using Huge -> Heart of Ohio -> Haven for decades for our furnace/AC work. They have taken such good care of us through the years that when a small plumbing problem popped up, we thought we would give their plumbing services a try. We received the same great care as always.
