FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL TO HAVEN . I TALKED TO A (VERY PROFESSIONAL OFFICE MANAGER).THE GUYS : NATHAN, AND, RYAN , WERE GREAT. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. We had been calling Bars with our HVAC issues, which is now a part of Heart of Ohio/Haven. When our air conditioning unit was not longer cooling, my husband called for service. We were given an appointment the next day, including update phone calls. Nathan and Anthony came out, and within an hour had the unit working again. We feared that the whole thing would need to be replaced, but they figured out which part was dysfunctional and efficiently replaced it. These men were personable yet professional. Nathan and the young man who was with him, were excellent. They were enjoyable and very professional and did a great job. I was however, pretty stunned that the price went up nearly $100. That would be my only complaint.
