They were great! We called around for an exterior generator the week before the snow storm. They came out the next day at the time they said they would. They were friendly and professional
Nathan was extremely friendly and helpful. He identified the problem right away and fixed it as soon as the part was available. We were very stressed about having no heat. He leant us a space heater for our room which was a lifesaver. Thank you!
Excellent service and I was 100 percent satisfied.
Absolutely horrible experience. They didn't give me a quote when they said they would then charged me $500 for a $40 part. The guy said it normally takes 30 mins to replace the part but for some reason took him 2 hours. Then said if he knew what he needed to do he could have given me a quote even though I told him exactly what needed done a pilot gas feed line. I only didnt do the work because no one selss the part and it was going to take a few days to get in. I would have never paid that price had they supplied me a quote ... read more
