I have paid my Team Buds Membership for over 5 Years! In that time I have Purchased over 40 to 50 High end Firearms. Part of our Benefits is having 2 Free Layaway accounts at a time. Being a 100% Disabled Veteran Qualified Professional Discount. They cut are Paid Benefits without Reason. None of the other Online Gun Sites felt neccessary to do this. Bud's has caved to the fear mongering politicians and media over Covid-19. They closed when it wasn't necessary and reopened but with the requirement to buy into the fear of others by wearing a mask even though masks, in most cases, are 0% effective at stopping viruses. I will never shop with them again.
Better customer service, if im supporting your business then i expect to be treated with respect and appreciation. Eye rolls, loud sighs, lack of eye contact, and trying to sell me a face mask before i enter tells me that you want me to shop somewhere else.... which i did.
Took to long filling an order. I bought it local. Now they refuse to cancel the order, even though it hasn’t shipped.
the last time I was in buds I was going to buy an ar stripped lower. they took my license then said there would be an indefinite wait because the sustem was down and i needed to pay the background fee. i said no just give me my license back. they would not do it and the lady at the front got pretty rude. so I paid the fee then never got the lower, because I felt they didn't deserve any more business than they qere forcing me to give that day. way to hold someone hostage, good job.
Man, 21 days plus for shipping on two items. I know is hard these days but come on. I’m done.
No way to contact them, trying to stop a shipment going to the wrong address.
